We Launched a New Website… and It Feels Like We Just Got a New Garage

We launched something that, honestly, feels bigger than just a website update. MERCYAUTOCLUBYYC has always been one of those brands that lives more in real life than online. It’s in the shop, in the builds, in the late nights, in the cars rolling in and out, in the reactions people have when they see something properly done. So when it came time to rebuild our website, it wasn’t just about “making it look nicer” or ticking off a box. It was about finally creating something that actually matches what the brand feels like in person.

A Brand That Outgrew Its Own Website

For a long time, the online side of things didn’t fully represent what was happening day to day. The work was evolving, the builds were getting cleaner, the standards were getting higher, but the digital side was still sitting in a version of the past. And at a certain point, that starts to feel like you’re showing people a filtered version of something that deserves to be seen properly. So the decision wasn’t really a question—it was more like, “if we’re serious about this, everything needs to match the level we’re operating at now.”

The new site is really just a reflection of that. It’s cleaner, faster, and way more aligned with how we think and build. It doesn’t feel cluttered or overcomplicated. It feels like walking into a space that actually understands what it’s trying to be. You see the direction immediately, you understand the tone, and more importantly, it doesn’t feel like you need to dig through ten pages just to figure out what’s going on. That was the goal. Keep it simple, but make it feel intentional. Make it feel like us.

Built to Feel Like the Shop, Not Just a Website

And honestly, that “feel” part mattered more than anything else. Because MERCYAUTOCLUBYYC has never been just about services or installs or listing what we do. It’s about taste. It’s about detail. It’s about the kind of work where someone walks past your car and actually slows down for a second. So the website needed to carry that same energy. Not loud for no reason, but confident enough that you can tell there’s something real behind it.

What changed isn’t just visual either. The way everything flows now actually makes sense for how people interact with us. Whether someone is just discovering the brand, trying to understand what we do, or looking to book something in, it doesn’t feel like work to navigate anymore. It feels natural. And that’s important, because the last thing we ever wanted was for the online experience to feel disconnected from the actual shop experience. If anything, this version finally closes that gap.

A Proper Foundation for What Comes Next

At the same time, it also just feels good to finally have something that represents where things are at right now. Not where they started, not a placeholder version, not something temporary. This feels like a proper foundation. Something we can actually build on instead of constantly feeling like we’re working around it. And for a brand that’s still evolving every day, that matters more than people probably realize. Because once the foundation is right, everything else gets easier to grow.

There’s also something kind of satisfying about seeing it all come together in one place. The builds, the identity, the energy—it’s no longer scattered. It’s all connected now. And that’s probably the biggest shift. Not just that we launched a new website, but that everything finally feels like it belongs in the same world.

At the end of the day, it’s still just the beginning. A website doesn’t define a brand, it just reflects where it’s at. But for us, this one reflects a version of MERCYAUTOCLUBYYC that feels a lot closer to what we’ve always been aiming for. Cleaner, sharper, more intentional, and way more confident in what it is.

And if this is what the “updated” version looks like, then what comes next is where things actually get interesting.
